We're suspending some of our normal query handling

The illness COVID-19 has meant we’ve temporarily prioritised the way we deal with your queries.

We’re now focusing on business critical work. This includes supporting you with pre-authorisation, invoice submission and copy remittance requests. This helps ensure your patients continue to get access to the care available to them.

For the time being we have:

  • Closed our phone lines, and
  • Suspended contract reviews.

These are temporary measures, which we hope to review on or before 1 July 2020. If there are any changes to these restrictions on our normal work we will update you via this website.
