Regulatory Payment Changes

From 1 November, to meet regulatory requirements, we’ll separate the payments we make to the providers in your practice, depending on whether we cover their patients’ treatments under an insurance policy or a trust-administered scheme.

We’re not changing their payment date or frequency, but providers in your practice may see an additional payment reference when we pay them. 

If they don’t bill us electronically we may send them an additional paper remittance when we pay them.
